At Harvest and Hive, we keep things simple, with FREE shipping on all orders. Please note that some of our manufacturers only ship to the contiguous United States. If you have questions about if an item can ship to your location, please contact us.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that the order has been received and payment has been pre-authorized. We’ll then verify that your items are in stock. If any product is unavailable or on backorder, we will void the authorization and contact you to discuss options.
In-stock orders are processed and shipped within three business days, and you’ll receive a tracking email within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. If you haven’t received tracking information within four business days, please email info@harvestandhive.com.
Orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days after the order is placed. We take great care in packaging and shipping our homesteading products, but if your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and any affected items right away and email them to info@harvestandhive.com.
